SM Botanics Returns & Refund Policy

At SM Botanics, we accept returns of unused, sealed merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of purchase for a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the return at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or broken seal products
  • Gift cards
  • Electronics
  • Health and personal care items
  • Shipping fees, bank charges, or third-party fees are non-refundable

Refunds: After receiving your return, we may take 3-5 business days to inspect and process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer or credit/debit card).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. If the refund still hasn’t posted, contact your bank. For further assistance, email us at support@smbotanics.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not.

Exchanges: We only replace items if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@smbotanics.com and send the item to us using a trackable shipping service.
